They are not industrial tools and should not be used for hazardous, commercial, or unsafe applications. Misuse may result in damage or injury and void refund or replacement eligibility.

By placing an order, you confirm that all billing and shipping information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to demand, supplier delays, holidays, customs, or carrier issues. Once shipped, TurboJetPro is not responsible for carrier delays.
All refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Customers must contact us directly before initiating any chargeback. Orders already in fulfillment or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting TurboJetPro is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation and restrict future purchases in cases of abuse.

TurboJetPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, misuse-related damage, or losses resulting from shipping delays. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
All website content, branding, images, videos, and logos are the property of TurboJetPro and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse.
