All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed, unless you contact us at RearEndzTeam@gmail.com with the issue first.
Refunds will only be issued if the item arrives defective due to a factory/manufacturing defect. If this occurs, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect.
Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, or accidental damage is not considered a factory defect and is not eligible for a refund.
If a factory defect is confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
